We usually ship in-stock items within 2 business days. If the item is not in stock, we have to make it. Estimated time to create is shown when you ordered the item. If we anticipate it will take longer, we will let you know via email and you will have the option to accept the delay or get a complete refund.
We usually ship via the US Post Office, but sometimes we can get a better ship time for the same cost from UPS, in which case we will ship via UPS. In either event, we will get you a tracking number once the item(s) ship.
